Latte! Royal Immunity

lattedahlattedah submitted: I was wrong about PA’s or other royals immunity. I believe now only when on official business for HM or UK. But the status of being a royal family member affords him “ special treatment “ whatever that means. ======================= Thank you Lateedah, LA knows a thing or two about that and yeah HM could apply for a special status for him.  We’ll stay on top of this. 🌸🌸😎 Advertisements

Of Course He Gets Away With Shit…

Anonymous said: Re immunity applies only if pa is in USA in formal capacity for the queen. On private and personal matters he does not have any immunity however it can be requested. If reqst is granted then immunity would be upheld. I do not know if it covers a time period or situation such as Epstein. The queen had to make the request. PA can still b sued or have charges brought against him but HM would intervene. She awarded him a medal after this mess! Anonymous said: P.s. immunity is not guaranteed if USA does not wish to grant HM immunity it can. But any HM request would be granted due to countries relations, political matter. UGH. I …

LA! this will be sticky , PA, Fergie , The Epstein mess

guess ate last night post. please do not post my email! thanks. pa has immunity only if in USA in an official capacity for the crown. if on personal visit pa has no immunity, however, if need be hm can request via national relationships. the request can be denied, but unlikely w hm request. this is what happened originally. and the meeting with Acosta/ perv’s people wrote own terms which included immunity for everyone despite no names issued which allows open to anyone and everyone. it was unconstitutional but done to cover even sicker things that went on and VIPs. i followed this from the get-go. I found beyond disturbing. the two Florida attorneys w original suit were against the …

abuse of power

That is the issue here. The prosecutor signed a plea deal with Epstein without informing the victims who under the law had the right to be informed. There were all sorts of irregularities with the plea deal. And it smacks of abuse of power rich man gets away with exploiting troubled teen girls to satisfy his bizarre, distorted sexual desires. Abuse of power. The law must apply equally to all, and it clearly did not in this case. While PA may have been involved in the sex with underage girls, he is not the object of this prosecution. And no charges have been filed against him. So I say go after the issue of abuse of power but why are …

Andrew was UK Business Ambassador

Anonymous said: Andrew lost is diplomatic immunity when lost his job as UK business ambassador. ————————————– Okay, at the time of the incident was he still the Ambassador? If not he is a world of poo. That article has serious implications that would involve Interpol.  The message was ominous about this; it’s coming! Jeffrey Epstein should have spent life in prison, I’ve read a lot about this from @gatorfisch @aeltrilleaf. Lila and I both reblog this case.  I do know many of you don’t believe it. I even said exactly what one of the lawyers said; I’m sorry about it.  They lied about their age, after reading that, SMH.  Their defense was they lied, on drugs when they sent recruits to teen hangouts; the police …

Research diplomatic immunity

lattedahlattedah said: I was researching diplomatic immunity. From what I understand he has diplomatic immunity as a representative of the UK and as an official member of the family regardless if visiting on official or personal business. He cannot be arrested, prosecuted or compelled to testify in criminal or civil cases. The US could ask the UK to waive his immunity but doubtful that would happen. I am not sure about Sara being compelled to testify since she is an official family member of PB and PE. ——————————————- Latte, it’s so good to hear from you! Do you remember a while ago, about the press ran a story about MM and Kate could be arrested if they committed a crime?  I …

Miami Herald Jeffrey Epstein

https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/article220097825.html On a muggy October morning in 2007, Miami’s top federal prosecutor, Alexander Acosta, had a breakfast appointment with a former colleague, Washington, D.C., attorney Jay Lefkowitz. It was an unusual meeting for the then-38-year-old prosecutor, a rising Republican star who had served in several White House posts before being named U.S. attorney in Miami by President George W. Bush. Instead of meeting at the prosecutor’s Miami headquarters, the two men — both with professional roots in the prestigious Washington law firm of Kirkland & Ellis — convened at the Marriott in West Palm Beach, about 70 miles away. For Lefkowitz, 44, a U.S. special envoy to North Korea and corporate lawyer, the meeting was critical. His client, Palm Beach …

Could it be?

Hey JD! Could it be MM has something on Uncle Andy? I point to her “nieces” rant online. (My God people are so stupid when it comes to details! You give yourself away!) She was part of the yachting world and inevitably heard about what men preferred etc. Perhaps it extends to Harry as well. If he did “pay for play” as they say…what might she know? If she was passed around amongst his friends (as it was mentioned at one point), she may divulge the entire list of Johns. You may not want to answer me publicly. If you prefer a private discussion let me know. ================================= I’m cool with the public if you are?  Maybe Uncle Andy thinks …

The Duchess of York negotiating with convicted Pedo over $15k

Sarah borrowed $15,000 from Epstein . The sting setup is a different incident https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/theroyalfamily/8366981/Duchess-of-York-spent-nine-months-negotiating-with-convicted-paedophile-Jeffrey-Epstein-to-pay-off-her-debts.html =========================== It goes to character of the person , since you want to bring it up, she was also seen with Ron Burkle. How’s that for the company that you keep. “In her first interview since the scandal broke, the Duchess apologised for a “gigantic error of judgement” in accepting the money from Jeffrey Epstein, a New York financier convicted for soliciting a 14-year-old girl for prostitution. Epstein paid £15,000 to the Duchess’s former personal assistant, Johnny O’Sullivan, to cover the cost of his unpaid wages and other bills. She said: “I personally, on behalf of myself, deeply regret that Jeffrey Epstein became involved in any …

It’s extremely important! Justice must be served

Not to poke a hole in everyone’s balloon but I really do not see this Epstein trial as such a huge event. The names associated with this slimy business have been featured in newspaper articles for years including PA. I am not minimizing the importance of the trial finally happening, but I just do not think new info will suddenly be made available or new names/proof be revealed. I do not think the Monarchy will be shaken by the 900th article about PA’s association with Epstein which was revealed years ago. ================================== OMG! you should read the all the articles the Daily Mail have written lately. I think that girl from Austrailia’s book is going to shake some boots.  I …
