Excellent Article by Whitney Webb .
Viruses. 2019 Apr 17;11(4). pii: E356. doi: 10.3390/v11040356. Research Support, U.S. Gov't, Non-P.H.S.
The deadly animal virus epidemic spreading globally may have originated in a Wuhan laboratory linked to China’s covert biological weapons program, according to an Israeli biological warfare expert.
Excerpt from the above article by Whitney Webb
DARPA recently spent millions on research involving bats and coronaviruses, as well as gene editing “bioweapons” prior to the recent coronavirus outbreak. Now, “strategic allies” of the agency have been chosen to develop a genetic material-based vaccine to halt the potential epidemic.
This is really interesting, they were talking about it before it happened.
WASHINGTON D.C. – In recent weeks, concern over the emergence of a novel coronavirus in China has grown exponentially as media, experts and government officials around the world have openly worried that this new disease has the potential to develop into a global pandemic.
As concerns about the future of the ongoing outbreak have grown, so too have the number of theories speculating about the outbreak’s origin, many of which blame a variety of state actors and/or controversial billionaires. This has inevitably led to efforts to clamp down on “misinformation” related to the coronavirus outbreak from both mainstream media outlets and major social media platforms.
However, while many of these theories are clearly speculative, there is also verifiable evidence regarding the recent interest of one controversial U.S. government agency in novel coronaviruses, specifically those transmitted from bats to humans. That agency, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA), began spending millions on such research in 2018 and some of those Pentagon-funded studies were conducted at known U.S. military bioweapons labs bordering China and resulted in the discovery of dozens of new coronavirus strains as recently as last April. Furthermore, the ties of the Pentagon’s main biodefense lab to a virology institute in Wuhan, China — where the current outbreak is believed to have begun — have been unreported in English language media thus far.
While it remains entirely unknown as to what caused the outbreak, the details of DARPA’s and the Pentagon’s recent experimentation are clearly in the public interest, especially considering that the very companies recently chosen to develop a vaccine to combat the coronavirus outbreak are themselves strategic allies of DARPA. Not only that, but these DARPA-backed companies are developing controversial DNA and mRNA vaccines for this particular coronavirus strain, a category of vaccine that has never previously been approved for human use in the United States.
Yet, as fears of the pandemic potential of coronavirus grow, these vaccines are set to be rushed to market for public use, making it important for the public to be aware of DARPA’s recent experiments on coronaviruses, bats and gene editing technologies and their broader implications.
Examining the recent Wuhan-Bioweapon narrative
As the coronavirus outbreak has come to dominate headlines in recent weeks, several media outlets have promoted claims that the reported epicenter of the outbreak in Wuhan, China was also the site of laboratories allegedly linked to a Chinese government biowarfare program.
However, upon further examination of the sourcing for this serious claim, these supposed links between the outbreak and an alleged Chinese bioweapons program have come from two highly dubious sources.
For instance, the first outlet to report on this claim was Radio Free Asia, the U.S.-government funded media outlet targeting Asian audiences that used to be run covertly by the CIA and named by the New York Times as a key part in the agency’s “worldwide propaganda network.” Though it is no longer run directly by the CIA, it is now managed by the government-funded Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), which answers directly to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, who was CIA director immediately prior to his current post at the head of the State Department.
In other words, Radio Free Asia and other BBG-managed media outlets are legal outlets for U.S. government propaganda. Notably, the long-standing ban on the domestic use of U.S. government propaganda on U.S. citizens was lifted in 2013, with the official justification of allowing the government to “effectively communicate in a credible way” and to better combat “al-Qaeda’s and other violent extremists’ influence.”
Returning to the subject at hand, Radio Free Asia’s recent report on the alleged origins of the outbreak being linked to a Chinese state-linked virology center cited only Ren Ruihong, the former head of the medical assistance department at the Chinese Red Cross, for that claim. Ruihong has been cited as an expert in several Radio Free Asia reports on disease outbreaks in China, but has not been cited as an expert by any other English-language media outlet.
Ruihong told Radio Free Asia that:
It’s a new type of mutant coronavirus. They haven’t made public the genetic sequence, because it is highly contagious…Genetic engineering technology has gotten to such a point now, and Wuhan is home to a viral research center that is under the aegis of the China Academy of Sciences, which is the highest level of research facility in China.
Though Ruihong did not directly say that the Chinese government was making a bioweapon at the Wuhan facility, she did imply that genetic experiments at the facility may have resulted in the creation of this new “mutant coronavirus” at the center of the outbreak.
With Radio Free Asia and its single source having speculated about Chinese government links to the creation of the new coronavirus, the Washington Times soon took it much farther in a report titled “Virus-hit Wuhan has two laboratories linked to Chinese bio-warfare program.” That article, much like Radio Free Asia’s earlier report, cites a single source for that claim, former Israeli military intelligence biowarfare specialist Dany Shoham.
Yet, upon reading the article, Shoham does not even directly make the claim cited in the article’s headline, as he only told the Washington Times that: “Certain laboratories in the [Wuhan] institute have probably been engaged, in terms of research and development, in Chinese [biological weapons], at least collaterally, yet not as a principal facility of the Chinese BW alignment (emphasis added).”
While Shoham’s claims are clearly speculative, it is telling that the Washington Times would bother to cite him at all, especially given the key role he played in promoting false claims that the 2001 Anthrax attacks was the work of Iraq’s Saddam Hussein. Shoham’s assertions about Iraq’s government and weaponized Anthrax, which were used to bolster the case for the 2003 invasion of Iraq, have since been proven completely false, as Iraq was found to have neither the chemical or biological “weapons of mass destruction” that “experts” like Shoham had claimed.
Beyond Shoham’s own history of making suspect claims, it is also worth noting that Shoham’s previous employer, Israeli military intelligence, has a troubling past with bioweapons. For instance, in the late 1990s, it was reported by several outlets that Israel was in the process of developing a genetic bioweapon that would target Arabs, specifically Iraqis, but leave Israeli Jews unaffected.
Given the dubious past of Shoham and the clearly speculative nature of both his claims and those made in the Radio Free Asia report, one passage in the Washington Times article is particularly telling about why these claims have recently surfaced:
One ominous sign, said a U.S. official, is that the false rumors since the outbreak began several weeks ago have begun circulating on the Chinese Internet claiming the virus is part of a U.S. conspiracy to spread germ weapons. That could indicate China is preparing propaganda outlets to counter future charges the new virus escaped from one of Wuhan’s civilian or defense research laboratories (emphasis added).
However, as seen in that very article, accusations that the coronavirus escaped from a Chinese-state-linked laboratory is hardly a future charge as both the Washington Times and Radio Free Asia have already been making that claim. Instead, what this passage suggests is that the reports in both Radio Free Asia and the Washington Times were responses to the claims circulating within China that the outbreak is linked to a “U.S. conspiracy to spread germ weapons.”

It’s is fear, what could be scarier than a virus that can kill you. Just like Aids, Ebola, and SARS, the coronavirus goes down as another potential pandemic. Like the other pandemics are manmade and weaponized like anthrax. Anthrax is found in nature but humans weaponized it. This practice of bioweapons should be stopped now. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

Mexico, with the largest lithium mine in the world; Chinese seek to exploit it
The mega-deposit of lithium in Sonora will allow Mexico to be a major player in the energy sector in the future, the federal government foresees
Mexico tops the list of the largest lithium deposit in the world , according to the ranking made by Mining Technology.
The report indicates that the mine of this element located in Sonora is the largest element deposit with proven and probable reserves of 243.8 million tons.
“Sonora will be an open pit operation that is proposed to be developed in two stages, and the first will have a production capacity of 17,500 tons of lithium carbonate per year . The second stage will double the production capacity to 35,000, ”said this report called “ The 10 largest lithium mines in the world ” .
In the list, which ranks the 10 largest lithium mines on the planet, according to proven and probable reserves, Sonora exceeds Humboldt County, Nevada (179.4 tons per year) and Port Hedland in Australia (151.94 tons per year).
“We are in an energy transition worldwide and in the federal government we are working on that. Lithium is going to become the new oil, because it is the base of the accumulators (for electric cars. The lithium will be strategic, ”said today the head of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, Victor Manuel Toledo.

The Monetization of Nature
The Wrong Kind of Green
Prince Charles today urged big business and the City to help save the planet by ploughing “trillions of pounds” into schemes that protect the environment and promote a sustainable economy. Speaking exclusively to the Standard, Charles, right, insisted that sustainable — but profitable — investment was key to combating climate change and preserving biodiversity.
If the Royals were still being paid by the long-established Civil List, they would not benefit from the energy auction. But in 2012 this changed and the Queen now gets 25 per cent of the estate's profit.
That means Prince Charles will inherit all of that! Keep pushing the green
Prince's actions amount to ‘serious conflict of interest’, says former chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life
oops! Prince Charles is part of the NWO
A vast sweeping change towards a “green economy” is now being pushed by forces that may make an educated citizen rather uncomfortable. Of course, news…
When we begin to pull back the curtain we quickly run into figures like Prince Charles, who recently met with the heads of 18 Commonwealth countries to consolidate climate emergency legislation which was promptly passed in the UK and Canadian Parliaments. At the end of the meeting Charles said that we “have 18 months to save the world from climate change” and called for “increasing the amount of private sector finance flowing towards the supporting sustainable development throughout the commonwealth”.

The’ New Green Deal’, ironically the use of REE in the manufacture of certain wind turbines is far from’ Green’ and is highly toxic to us and the planet these people claim to love.
Kitty, my research has led me to strip mining in an ancient forest with delicate ecosystems. That will never return once this starts happening. Correction is happening. Those solar panels are very polluting to make.
During manufacture and after the disposal of solar panels, they release hazardous chemicals including cadmium, silicon tetrachloride and lead.
Thought I add to the post
Highly toxic "rare earth elements" power our smartphones, electric cars, and renewable energy centers. Yet they're nowhere to be seen in the Green New Deal.
First, mining and refining the elements is highly toxic. Rare earths are (confusingly) not rare geologically, but the ores often contain radioactive elements like uranium and thorium. Separating the elements into pure metals useful for manufacturing is also difficult. (The quantum properties that make the rare earth elements so useful for electrical and magnetic applications are also what make them hard to disentangle from each other.) The byproducts of the extraction process include dangerous gases and radioactive wastewater, which is usually stored in tailings ponds.
You might be asking what are tailing ponds?
From my understanding and I sent my husband to oil drilling in Canada is what’s called mud. It’s the water, the proprietary chemicals that help break up materials in the earth. They get pumped out into a tailing pond, where they may be aerated and dispersed into the air and will come down when it rains. Yes, it’s toxic as hell, but that’s your problem now.

Chinese authorities have hinted that they may use their dominant position as a supplier of rare earths and associated manufactured goods to retaliate against US restrictions on high technology exports to China. China is responsible for between 80 and 90 per cent of processed rare earths and products such as powerful rare earth magnets.

In other words, the US depends on China for its weaponry.

There is a video to go with this, I’m having a hell of a time trying to access it and I have the CBS all access app. I went to youtube, and the video is unavailable, gee I wonder why? Let’s continue the dive.
Editor’s Note: In September 2014, while we were working on this story, a Pentagon spokesman emailed us to say:
“The Department of Defense is confident in the ability of the defense industry to remain supplied with all necessary rare earths for U.S. defense acquisition programs. The Department continuously monitors and assesses its raw materials requirements, and if necessary, will again take action to ensure their availability to the defense industrial base.”
Well, that’s interesting, and I can see why the video isn’t obtainable.
That confidence is at odds with the Pentagon’s Inspector General’s Office, which issued a report on July 3, 2014, that concluded:
“DoD [Department of Defense] lacked a comprehensive and reliable process to assess REE supply and demand…. [and] As a result, DoD may not have identified all REEs with expected shortfalls, increasing the risk that those shortfalls will adversely affect critical weapons systems production in the DIB, and overall DoD readiness.”
OMG, read the transcript on the link above, and I like to understand what you think about the Chinese stealing the technology right from under us. I speculate that the Chinese are behind the fake global warming social media justice warriors. AOC is telling people the world is ending in 12 years if we don’t go green right now! The Democrats and their woke communist control speech.
People wake up! They are grooming you, and you don’t even know it. Do you remember the movie, the last emperor? After world war II, he was sent to re-education camps that still exist today. I suspect this is what’s happening, more and more TV shows are talking the woke speech, groupthink.
The Xinjiang re-education camps (referred to by the government of the People’s Republic of China as Vocational Education and Training Centers) are concentration camps that have been operated by the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Regional government for the purpose of interning Uyghur Muslims since 2014. They have significantly intensified since a hardline party secretary, Chen Quanguo, took charge of the region in August 2016. These camps are reportedly operated outside of the legal system; many Uyghurs have reportedly been interned without trial, and no charges have been levied against them. Local authorities are reportedly holding hundreds of thousands of Uyghurs and Muslims from other ethnic minorities in these camps, for the stated purpose of countering extremism and terrorism.
As of 2018, it is estimated that the Chinese authorities may have detained hundreds of thousands, perhaps a million, of Uyghurs, Kazakhs, Kyrgyz, Hui (Muslims) and other ethnic Turkic Muslims, Christians as well as some foreign citizens such as Kazakhstanis, who are kept in these secretive internment camps throughout the region. In May 2018, Randall Schriver of the United States Department of Defense claimed that “at least a million but likely closer to three million citizens” were imprisoned in detention centers in a strong condemnation of the “concentration camps.” In August 2018, a United Nations human rights panel said that it had received many credible reports that 1 million ethnic Uyghurs in China have been held in “re-education camps.”
In 2019, the United Nations ambassadors from 23 nations, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States signed a letter condemning China’s mass detention of the Uyghurs and other minority groups, urging the Chinese government to close the camps. Algeria, Congo, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Pakistan, North Korea, Egypt, Nigeria, the Philippines, and Sudan are among 54 other states which signed a counter-letter supporting China’s policy in Xinjiang.

He who controls the Rare Earth Elements controls the world
Let me give some background, I’m an amateur rock hound, and I love semi-precious gemstones to collect and display. Being that I’m a little nerdy, I wanted to know where they come from and the properties these lovely things are made of. Afghanistan has semi-precious stones which we’ve all known they’ve been sitting on since the dawn of time, Kunzite, Amber, Lapis, gold, and copper. How do they mine anything with the country in turmoil?
Afghanistan biggest export seemed to be opium creating drug addicts all over the world, but it appears the Chinese have stepped it up a notch by stepping on the Heroin by adding deadly fentanyl to the mix. They are killing tens of thousands of people. Heroin is getting replaced by fentanyl. Farmers of poppies tar are not making money, some are encouraged to grow fruit crops in Mexico, but the more significant money makers are cannabis that grows like a weed.
With a stark decline in the price fetched by opium gum, Mexico’s government should take strides toward making crop substitution proposals a reality in Guerrero.
The Army says Afghan poppies -- the source of much of the world's heroin -- can be a "source of stability" for the war-ravaged country.
In 2009, in one of his first major war policy decisions since becoming president, Barack Obama oversaw an end to U.S. poppy eradication. The substitute seed program continued, and even accelerated. The monitoring of drug networks was stepped up – but largely to find their connections to militant cells. Kingpins were still busted. But torching fields was over. Without American support, Afghan government counternarcotic operations withered to a merely symbolic scale. Kabul’s agents would raze one acre of a 10-acre plot and call it “eradicated.” The agents got paid, the government could tell Russia and the U.N. that it was cracking down on drugs and the farmers still had viable fields. While the fighting in Afghanistan continued to escalate after 2009, the poppy farms were no longer the major source of instability.
This intelligence-gathering mission seems to be going nowhere. But after half an hour or so Mohammad grows more comfortable and expansive. He explains that today’s poppy prices are down compared to the golden years of the late 1990s, when the Taliban was in charge, there was no eradication – token or otherwise – and U.S. troops weren’t hanging around trying to figure out how they felt about the crop. “People are still dreaming of the boom years,” he says.
This is a working theory folks, I want to make awareness of the Fentanyl epidemic brought on by Chinese gangs and REM. If these people are struggling to make a living growing poppy, how fast will they jump on the mining of REM? It’s psyops, don’t push eradication but instead gentle tell them about REM making millionaires overnight, how glorious does that sound? Read the entire Wired Article written by David Axe its good.
What Afghanistan has is a wealth of rare earth minerals. What are rare earth minerals you ask?
A rare-earth element (REE) or rare-earth metal (REM), as defined by the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry, is one of a set of seventeen chemical elements in the periodic table, specifically the fifteen lanthanides, as well as scandium and yttrium. Scandium and yttrium are considered rare-earth elements because they tend to occur in the same ore deposits as the lanthanides and exhibit similar chemical properties, but have different electronic and magnetic properties. Rarely, a broader definition that includes actinides may be used, since the actinides share some mineralogical, chemical, and physical (especially electron shell configuration) characteristics.
The 17 rare-earth elements are cerium (Ce), dysprosium (Dy), erbium (Er), europium (Eu), gadolinium (Gd), holmium (Ho), lanthanum (La), lutetium (Lu), neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr), promethium (Pm), samarium (Sm), scandium (Sc), terbium (Tb), thulium (Tm), ytterbium (Yb), and yttrium (Y). They are often found in minerals with thorium (Th), and less commonly uranium (U).
Despite their name, rare-earth elements are – with the exception of the radioactive promethium – relatively plentiful in Earth’s crust, with cerium being the 25th most abundant element at 68 parts per million, more abundant than copper. However, because of their geochemical properties, rare-earth elements are typically dispersed and not often found concentrated in rare-earth minerals; as a result economically exploitable ore deposits are less common. The first rare-earth mineral discovered (1787) was gadolinite, a mineral composed of cerium, yttrium, iron, silicon, and other elements. This mineral was extracted from a mine in the village of Ytterby in Sweden; four of the rare-earth elements bear names derived from this single location.
Take a look at the link and see the elements and what they are used for, big tech comes to mind.
Until 1948, most of the world’s rare earths were sourced from placer sand deposits in India and Brazil. Through the 1950s, South Africa was the world’s rare-earth source, from a monazite-rich reef at the Steenkampskraal mine in Western Cape province. Through the 1960s until the 1980s, the Mountain Pass rare earth mine in California made the United States the leading producer. Today, the Indian and South African deposits still produce some rare-earth concentrates, but they are dwarfed by the scale of Chinese production. In 2017, China produced 81% of the world’s rare-earth supply, mostly in Inner Mongolia, although it had only 36.7% of reserves. Australia was the second and only other major producer with 15% of world production. All of the world’s heavy rare earths (such as dysprosium) come from Chinese rare-earth sources such as the polymetallic Bayan Obo deposit. The Browns Range mine, located 160 km south east of Halls Creek in northern Western Australia, is currently under development and is positioned to become the first significant dysprosium producer outside of China.
A table listing the 17 rare-earth elements, their atomic number and symbol, the etymology of their names, and their main usages (see also Applications of lanthanides) is provided here. Some of the rare-earth elements are named after the scientists who discovered or elucidated their elemental properties, and some after their geographical discovery.

Despite being one of the poorest nations in the world, Afghanistan may be sitting on one of the richest troves of minerals in the world, valued at nearly $1 trillion, according to U.S. scientists.
Afghanistan, a country nearly the size of Texas, is loaded with minerals deposited by the violent collision of the Indian subcontinent with Asia. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) began inspecting what mineral resources Afghanistan had after U.S.-led forces drove the Taliban from power in the country in 2004. As it turns out, the Afghanistan Geological Survey staff had kept Soviet geological maps and reports up to 50 years old or more that hinted at a geological gold mine.
In 2006, U.S. researchers flew airborne missions to conduct magnetic, gravity and hyperspectral surveys over Afghanistan. The magnetic surveys probed for iron-bearing minerals up to 6 miles (10 kilometers) below the surface, while the gravity surveys tried to identify sediment-filled basins potentially rich in oil and gas. The hyperspectral survey looked at the spectrum of light reflected off rocks to identify the light signatures unique to each mineral. More than 70 percent of the country was mapped in just two months. [Facts About Rare Earth Minerals (Infographic)]
The surveys verified all the major Soviet finds. Afghanistan may hold 60 million tons of copper, 2.2 billion tons of iron ore, 1.4 million tons of rare earth elements such as lanthanum, cerium and neodymium, and lodes of aluminum, gold, silver, zinc, mercury and lithium. For instance, the Khanneshin carbonatite deposit in Afghanistan’s Helmand province is valued at $89 billion, full as it is with rare earth elements.
The researchers’ work has helped develop what are essentially treasure maps that let mining companies know what minerals are there, how much is there, and where they are, all to attract bids on the rights to the deposits. The Afghan government has already signed a 30-year, $3 billion contract with the China Metallurgical Group, a state-owned mining enterprise based in Beijing, to exploit the Mes Aynak copper deposit, and awarded mining rights for the country’s biggest iron deposit to a group of Indian state-run and private companies. WAKE UP! If you vote, the Dems in those skies are falling narratives will come true, and you won’t be driving a fossil fuel car but the electric one. Since we know they did quid pro quo with Ukraine, they no doubt will do the same in Afghanistan. China has already got their hands in the pot of gold. These deals happened under the Obama administration and, most likely, Hillary Clinton.
I never thought this dive was so deep!

According to the media, The Afghanistan Papers released in early December 2019 by the Pentagon point to ” US dysfunction” ‘We did not know what we were doing’? Nonsensical. They knew what they were doing. The object of US wars of aggression consists in appropriating the wealth of victim nations. Article of relevance to an understanding …
We do have the capabilities to track resources from space, that’s not a lie. I love when people come to Oak Island and show them new gadgets to find treasure. Seal Team the TV show that I was binge-watching the other night did an episode on finding REM, I had to find out if it was true and here it is. We don’t go to war for anything, but I do think that we got had on this one or maybe Team Obama had to have known all about it.
